DivE was created with a clear purpose: to bring more diversity, inclusivity and opportunity into esports.
What began as a mission-driven initiative has grown into an international esports operations company working across tournaments, broadcasts, events, communities and competitive ecosystems.
Today, we partner with publishers, tournament organizers, agencies, teams and brands to help turn ambitious esports projects into well-run, engaging experiences.
Our roots still shape how we work. We believe strong esports ecosystems are built not only through great competition, but through the people, opportunities and communities around it.
We understand esports from the inside.
Our experience goes beyond planning projects from a distance - we have worked directly with teams, players, admins, talent, production crews, communities, and partners across every stage of competition. That gives us a complete view of how an esports project comes together and where the small details can make the biggest difference.
We combine hands-on operational experience with a flexible approach, building teams and solutions around the needs of each project rather than forcing every project into the same structure.

Meet Our Founders
DivE started with a shared belief that esports could be more inclusive, and that meaningful change comes from building real opportunities.
Our founders combined that mission with a passion for competitive esports and hands-on experience in tournament operations, events and community building. What began as an idea to create more space for underrepresented people in esports gradually developed into something bigger: an international company capable of delivering complex esports projects from concept to competition.
They remain closely involved in DivE's work today, bringing together strategy, operations and a deep understanding of the communities at the heart of esports.
Their goal remains the same as when DivE began: to build great esports experiences while helping create an industry where more people have the opportunity to take part.
